The principle raw material used in KRR restaurants is chicken meat which is sourced from reliable domestic suppliers. We ensure all our supplies are certified Halal by Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM). Every restaurant is also closely monitored to ensure the Halal certificates are valid and/or renewed on a timely basis and strictly adhere to the terms and conditions imposed by JAKIM at all times.

In providing safe and wholesome products to our guests, we consistently adhere to Good Catering Practice (GCP) which consists of GCP Workshop and GCP Audit. All of the practices follows;
Our Food Handler Workshop comprises of in-house training by qualified trainer certified by Ministry of Health Malaysia under Certified Food Handler Training School certified by Ministry of Health Malaysia with consistently audited by Ministry of Health Malaysia to ensure the criteria and standards given are strictly followed. This workshop is conducted on monthly basis and caters for Klang Valley and outstation restaurants as well.
Besides that, newly joined team members are also required to get immunized against Typhoid upon employment.
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point. It is a scientific, rational and systematic approach for the identification, assessment and control of hazards in order to ensure that food is safe at the time of human consumption.
Upon completion of a satisfactory audit of the premises, our KRR restaurants at KL Convention Centre have been granted the HACCP certification.
